Network design and implementation

From laying out the cables to installing a central server, Direct Support can ensure that your business has the network to suit your working practices.

Data Cabling and wireless infrastructure

Direct Support has been supplying, installing and testing data cabling since it started. Our highly skilled team undertakes Category 5e/6 installations from 5 to 500 points. We also have the expertise to supply and install telecom links and fibre optic systems.

We also supply and install the equipment that allows you to work anywhere in the office or at home through wireless technology, making the working experience freer and more flexible.

Project Management

Direct Support frequently manages full projects for its customers. From office moves through to multi-site communication rollouts, we have the resources and expertise to ensure any large changes to your working practices or environment are handled as smoothly and efficently as possibl.

Office Relocations

Constituting a major aspect of our project management portfolio, Direct Support can help reduce the stress and disruption associated with any office move.

Over a weekend, we physically move all your IT equipment from one site to another, including de-installing programmes, servers and networks; putting in the new location; and connecting and re-installing all the hardware to the new network. This allows clients to start work at their new location knowing their communication and IT systems are fully operational from day one.

Internet and email services

Reliability and speed are the most important factors to consider when retrieving information from the Internet. Direct Support will supply you with a fast and dependable connection to the Internet whether your needs are for a simple dial-up service or for a high-speed permanent connection.

Software Auditing

It is a serious criminal offence for companies not to have adequate licences for any software run on their IT system. Direct Support offers a comprehensive auditing service and wil advise on your licensing obligations.
