Direct Support engineers are available when and where you need them. For many businesses internal IT experts are an expensive resource; Direct Support is the next best alternative to having your own IT department.

Remote diagnostics, telephone support and administration

Our experienced and qualified engineers are available to give honest and objective advice. We can often resolve your IT issues over the telephone or by remote control of your pc, thus getting you up and running in the shortest possible time.

Onsite support

There are times when issues cannot be sorted out by telephone support alone. When required one of Direct Support's engineers can come to your office and resolve the problem.

System healthchecks

In order to ensure your IT systems are running effectively and efficiently, Direct Support offers System Healthchecks. Each component of your IT network is examined and reported on and, if necessary, recommendations are made to ensure your system is kept up to date, reliable and secure.

Service agreements

All of the above services can be provided on an ad-hoc basis. However, many of our customers prefer a pre-agreed, tailored support package at a fixed monthly price. This gives our customers the assurance that their IT systems are being looked after by qualified IT professionals without costs spiralling out of control.
